What is THAT?

There is a new addition to the library!  If you have stopped by recently, you may notice there is in a new addition to the Reference Desk. Coos Bay Public Library is proud to announce that a generous patron donated a 3D printer to our library.  This amazing device heats plastic to an extremely high temperature and then shape the melted plastic into different and useful shapes. Patrons can use this machine to make simple durable plastic items. If you are intrested in 3D printing, please visit our Reference Desk for more information.
